Description: There's no annoying loud music, no crowds of people, no extra charges for asking the on-site trainer for advice. Instead you'll get soft music, friendly people, and trainers who'll answer questions when you need answers the most.

We meet the unique requirements of older adults. Medical Exercise Specialists are recognized by health professionals for their ability to work with the older adult in improving or maintaining functional capacity to allow our older population to age in place.

Memberships include regular program updates, monitoring with a fitness coach and exercises designed for your unique needs. We have certified trainers on staff who are experienced with implementing programs for the older adult.

We're also more than a fitness studio. Most of us at age 55+ have a few chronic medical concerns - such as lower back or neck issues, rotator cuff weakness or strain and a myriad of other small complaints. Fit For Life takes your health into consideration when planning your fitness program. We design a program specific to your goals as outlined in the detailed intake our members provide upon joining.
