Description: This is a monitoring program, with no formal instruction but lots of help and advice with projects. Lapidary is working with stones and glass, including dichroic glass.
We combine that with silversmithing to create settings for our creations. In silversmithing we also use the lost wax technique to create molds for our silver. For safety reasons there is always a minimum of two and a maximum of ten people working in the shop.
Required: Hearing protection. An apron is also recommended. The Centre has all the tools required.

Additional Information: To attend any of the programs, one must become a member. Once your membership is paid, the classes or activities you are interested in are free.
