Description: STRETCH/STRENGTH - Stretch to improve your total body strength using rubber bands. Unlike aerobics, this class concentrates on strength alone. 2 levels are offered, beginners and advanced. Advanced participants should complete the beginners level first. Required: Loose fitting clothing and the ability to stand for 45 minutes.
