Description: If you are a permanent resident in BC, a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant, and own and occupy your residence, you may be eligible for the Provincial Home Owner Grant. The grant reduces he amount of property taxes you have to pay. To apply for the Home Owner Grant, complete the application form on the back of the property tax notice.
