Building Description : We are a centrally located boutique-style facility in James Bay with easy access from downtown Victoria via Douglas street. We have underground parking available on-site for visitors but spaces are limited. The Villa is a four storey building set back from the street with peaceful outdoor space in the back garden that has ample seating for residents and guests to enjoy in the warmer months.
Building Amenities: There are resident lounges on all of the floors with a variety of reading materials, media equipment, pianos, and comfortable resting spaces available for residents and their guests. A recreation room and hair salon are on the lower level beside the underground parkade.
Type of Accommodation: Beacon Hill Villa has both private (66) and semi-private (7) rooms available for residents. Those residents initially admitted into semi-private rooms will have the option later in their stay to relocate to a private room.
Cost: Residents pay up to 80% of their after tax income which covers the cost of food and accommodation.
Safety/Security Features: Beacon Hill Villa is a secure facility with coded entrances and closed-circuit TV cameras in all common areas. Licensed nursing staff are on site 24 hours a day.
