Each community has 20 resident rooms, living rooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities and bathing spas. There are two outside garden areas and each community has a patio or a balcony. Guest parking is located in front of the building.
Type of Accommodation: 260 private rooms including 220 for Complex Care and 40 for Licensed Dementia Care.
Cost: Residents pay up to 80% of their after-tax income which covers the cost of food and accommodation.
