The Cook Street Village Activity Centre is a non-profit organization offering social, educational and recreational activities for persons of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Membership is open to anyone 50+ years, as we cater primarily to those of “mature adult” status.

Sooke Region Museum

Description: Since 1981, the Sooke Region Museum has hosted the region’s official Visitor Centre, which is part of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Arts Visitor Centre network.

Sooke Region Museum’s Archives houses some 8,000 historic photographs, and more than 6,000 historical documents and a range of newspaper clippings.
